• Flavio: i mean i get code points and character encoding from a technical stand point
• Flavio: but when dealing with everyday stuff, i get all confused
• Flavio: is it utf-8 or ISO-8859-1 and how can you tell
• Flavio: like, apache default sends alsip:l files as ISO-8859-1, but if you change that to UTF-8, what will happen?
