---+++ Election for the Board of Directors

The Michigan User Group is managed by a group of people we call the _Board of Directors_.  Each year, MUG Members have the opportunity to cast their votes for the 6 people we'd like to see on the board.  This is your chance to either run for a position on the board, or vote for the people you would most like to see on the board.

At this time, the following people have been nominated(in alphabetical order):

Jorge will introduce us to twitter, identi.ca and microblogging with audience participation. Jorge is a former member of the Board of Directors of MUG and currently works for the UBUNTU guys formally known as Canonical Inc.

Following Jorge's introduction we'll be opening up the discussion to similar tools.
