Topic 1: Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2)Cloud computing seems to be all the rage. Scott Moser Will give us an introduction to Cloud computing with the Amazon EC2 service.Topic 2: Ubuntu 9.10 is hereThere's a new release of Linux from Ubuntu and Mug member/Canonical employee Jorge Castro will tell us all about the Karmic Koala.Topic 3: Hulu Linux ClientHulu.com is a website where you can watch an amazing number of current and past TV shows and some movies. The Hulu LABS has released a desktop player for Linux. This gives some advantages over the web-based player. Mug member Jim McQuillan will show how to get it and demo the player.Topic 4: Command of the month: killSometimes you just really feel like killing a user, but alas, killing their processes will have to be good enough. In this month's Unix Command Line session, Craig Maloney will tell us all about the kill command.Everything Else As usual we'll discuss any current happenings in the Linux community, have our book giveaway, and plan on some dinner after the meeting where you can hammer our speakers with the hard hitting questions they deserve.
